Delay Certificate
  • We provide Delay Certificates for JR East routes that have been delayed by approximately 5 minutes or more.
    (BRT sections and bus replacements on the Rikū-West Line are excluded.)
  • Delay Certificate information is updated every hour.
  • We display delay records for the past 30 days.
    (The smartphone version only includes the current day's data.)
  • A Delay Certificate indicates the maximum delay time for each section of the relevant train line.It also does not serve as proof of your boarding.
  • The trains eligible for this service are local trains on conventional lines.
    Limited express trains, special trains, chartered trains, freight trains, and return trains are excluded.
  • Delay times are presented as follows:
  • actual delays     display time
  •   5 to 10minutes→ 10minutes
  • 11 to 20minutes→ 20minutes
  • 21 to 30minutes→ 30minutes
  • 31 to 40minutes→ 40minutes
  • 41 to 50minutes→ 50minutes
  • 51 to 60minutes→ 60minutes
  • 61minutes or more→ 61minutes or more
