We provide Delay Certificates for JR East routes that have been delayed by approximately 5 minutes or more. (BRT sections and bus replacements on the Rikū-West Line are excluded.)
Delay Certificate information is updated every hour.
We display delay records for the past 30 days. (The smartphone version only includes the current day's data.)
A Delay Certificate indicates the maximum delay time for each section of the relevant train line.It also does not serve as proof of your boarding.
The trains eligible for this service are local trains on conventional lines. Limited express trains, special trains, chartered trains, freight trains, and return trains are excluded.
